Licences issued in accordance with the UK ANO | Published: 17/06/2021
A change to the UK (EU) Aircrew Regulations permits pilots with a licence issued under the Air Navigation Order to fly Part 21 aeroplanes.
On 16th June 2021 new legislation came into force permitting pilots with a licence issued under the Air Navigation Order and who hold a valid SEP, SLMG, SSEA or TMG Class Rating to fly UK registered Part 21 aeroplanes.
Holders of a licence with a SEP Class Rating are limited to privileges similar to the LAPL(A) while flying UK registered Part 21 aeroplanes.
