Military Aircrew Scheme Update | Published: 29/10/2021

The UK CAA have released updated guidance for UK military aircrew applying for credit towards a Part FCL licence.

This update, released as CAP 2254, outlines what credits are available for the purpose of obtaining a Part FCL licence. There is no provision for maintaining a Part FCL licence using military service or testing. Pilots must meet Part FCL criteria for all revalidations and renewals.

Credit for training completed with a University Air Squadron has been reintroduced having been lost in 2018.
